“Based on what I've gathered, a stay here could be a gamble; reports mention issues with cleanliness, and some guests have faced significant service failures like last-minute booking cancellations and difficulty securing refunds, leaving a distinctly negative impression. It seems wise to manage expectations and perhaps seek assurances before booking.”

great value room

central location comfortable bed late departure

the location was central and convenient for getting around. my room included netflix on the tv which was a nice touch. the bed was comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. i was also able to arrange a late departure.

i noticed the toilet roll holder in the bathroom was loose and detached from the wall. it made it a little difficult to access the toilet paper easily. this is a minor fix that could improve the overall experience.

Dining

8/10

i observed several nearby dining options within a short walking distance. there were cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating. breakfast seemed available at most places, with choices.

dirty shower broken remote

i was a bit disappointed with the bathroom. the shower could have been cleaner, i noticed some grime in the corners. also, the tv remote didn't work properly, i had to get up and change the channels manually. it was not convenient at all and interrupted my evening.
